Former Tottenham Hotspur, Sevilla and Real Madrid boss Juande Ramos has been appointed as head coach of Ukrainian side Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
The experienced Spaniard is currently in Eastern Europe to agree terms with the Premier League team for four seasons, and it is thought that he will bring his experienced backroom staff with him.
His skilled team of Pedro Jaro, his goalkeeping coach, Juan Ramon Lopez Muniz as his assistant, and Marcos Alvarez as his trainer, will join him in Ukraine.
Dnipro are currently positioned in third place in the division after eleven matches of the new season, trailing leaders Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kiev.
Ramos won two UEFA cup’s during the most successful spell in Sevilla’s history, before an ill-fated move to England, and then taking temporary charge of Real Madrid in 2008 following the dismissal of Bernd Schuster. He replaces Oleg Protassov who has departed the club.
