Florent Malouda Reveals 'Best Feeling Of Career' At Chelsea

Florent Malouda has admitted being part of Chelsea's double winning squad had given him the best feeling he's had in his whole career.

Malouda, 30, played a key role last season as the club won both the Premier League and FA Cup in the same campaign for the first time in their history. He has picked up where he left off this season and currently has six top flights goals as the Blues sit at the summit of the table.

Speaking to The Telegraph, the France international revealed his contentment at Stamford Bridge.

"Even in the small clubs I’ve been at [like Chateauroux and Guingamp], I never had this atmosphere. I’m 30 and this is the best feeling I’ve had in my whole career," Malouda said.

"What we did last season with the Double was really special. The fans love us. Most of the players really appreciate the atmosphere at this club. You can see the players have committed themselves to the club long term.”
