United duo Fabio & Rafael support Carlos Tevez's dim view of Manchester: There are not many tourist spots, that's why we like going to London
The Red Devils twins go to London whenever they have a break because there is more to do in the capital, supporting the Argentine’s claim that Manchester has ‘nothing’
Manchester United duo Fabio and Rafael da Silva have reflected on life in Manchester, but claim they prefer going to London because it has more tourist spots.
Fabio says that although Manchester has plenty of restaurants, they visit London whenever they have a break.
He told Brazilian publication GloboEsporte: “Manchester has a lot of restaurants, but not many tourist spots. That’s why we like going to London, we like that a lot.
"I went to Madame Tussauds to see the wax figures and also on the big wheel [London Eye] with my brother and the family.
"We go anytime we can, whenever we have a break.”
Carlos Tevez has also shared his thoughts on living in the area recently, insisting the city has 'nothing' and that he will not return when he leaves Manchester City.
The Da Silva brothers also revealed the sibling rivalry between them, with Rafael claiming he always beats his brother at futvolley, a game which combines football and beach volleyball.
Rafael said: “I play against him and I like to beat him. I almost always beat him.”
Fabio added: “That’s certainly our biggest rivalry.”
