Former Real Madrid director Arrigo Sacchi has launched an early celebration of Jose Mourinho with broad and bold comments.
Mourinho has placed a new emphasis of reading the game in Madrid, and while some think of him in terms of actions, voices and arguments, Sacchi has said the 'Special One' is the icon of the Bernabeu.
"He is a phenomenon worthy of study, a single copy and his replacement or clone does not exit," the Italian is quoted as saying by AS.com.
Sacchi feels Mourinho is a blessing for Madrid and added, "He is the team leader, the lightning rod and the catalyst, the manager and the creator.
"He is a leader capable of bringing to light the hidden human resources and give everyone confidence and conviction.
"Mourinho masterfully directs teams from both tactically and psychologically.
"He is a great coach, denying it would be like denying that after day comes night."
