Sao Paulo defender Miranda may soon be on his way to the Bundesliga, if widespread reports are to be believed. Allegedly, Bayern Munich are particularly keen on the 26-year-old, who will be out of contract next summer.
"He will probably come to the Bundesliga," his agent, Pedro Panzelli, said before revealing: "We have spoken with Bayern."
Last winter, Miranda received an offer from Wolfsburg, but a transfer was not completed. However, given Bayern's current need for a centre-half and the player's soon-to-expire contract, Sao Paolo may be given an offer they cannot refuse when the winter transfer window opens.
Widely regarded as one of the best centre-halves in the Brasileiro Serie A, Miranda has made six international appearances for Brazil.
