Serie A club Genoa have now paid Portsmouth two instalments for the transfer of Kevin-Prince Boateng, according to Portsmouth's administrator.
Andrew Andronikou has confirmed to Sky Sports News that Portsmouth received instalments for 3.1million euros (around £2.4m) on Wednesday after the Italians missed their first instalment of €1.55m (around £1.2m) due by September 5.
The Football Association had complained to the Italian FA on Portsmouth's behalf.
Andronikou also says Portsmouth are now in dispute with Inter Milan over appearance fees owed for Sulley Muntari.
Portsmouth have yet to receive 1m euros (around £870,000), owed by July 31, after Muntari played more than 80 games for the Italian giants.
Muntari joined Inter for around £12.7m in July 2008.
