Austrian outfit Rapid Wien made a good start to their Europa League match against Besiktas on Thursday, but they were unable to hold on to their 1-0 lead and were eventually beaten 2-1, much to the disappointment of Tanju Kayhan.
"We are very disappointed," Kayhan commented to uefa.com. "We let in two easy goals. The equaliser was the turning point.
"We still have four games, it will be hard but we will give our best. At this level you have to play 90 minutes of good football."
Right-back Mario Sonnleitner agreed with his team-mate and added that Rapid were too naive after their opener.
"It was very chaotic after the equaliser. We were very naive; this is the Europa League, in future we need to be more intelligent. We defended too high. We were in front − there was no need to defend that far up the pitch."
