Adem Ljajic Is Very Different To Kaka – Fiorentina Boss Sinisa Mihajlovic

Adem Ljajic has had a superb start to the season filling in the boots of Stevan Jovetic. Press and fans have all raised comparisons to former Milan star Kakà, but according to Fiorentina boss Sinisa Mihajlovic the two are very different.

“To be honest, Adem doesn’t remind me of Kakà because their body built is very different,” Mihajlovic told Viola Channel. “They are two different types of players and Ljajic has a different style. I already spoke with the boy and told him to keep his feet firm to the ground.

“Adem has a great talent and with time he will improve. He can make the difference now but it will be better later on once he will be stronger as he will be able to challenge more players.”

The Serbian youngster is set to start against Palermo in a game which will be fundamental for Fiorentina.

“It will be really important for us to do well against Palermo because then we will have the break and we will have time to rest,” said Mihajlovic.

“During the week my boys worked hard and have shown the right attitude. I noticed that there was less tension in the dressing room.

“We will be missing Juan Vargas but I have enough players to replace him and we should be alright.
“Javier Pastore is really good but I like Abel Hernandez a lot…”
