Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale is delighted with his wonder free kick that helped inspire his side to a comfortable 2-0 win over Livorno on Saturday night.
It was the Italian international who broke the deadlock on 28 minutes with a sublime free kick. He was then involved in the second as his quick feet and vision sparked the move which saw Antonio Floro Flores double the lead.
The result sees Udinese end their seven match winless streak and Di Natale has stretched his lead to 10 goals for the campaign as he dominates the scorers chart.
"It was a difficult game for us as Livorno are a team who always play well. However, we wanted to win and were able to get the result," Di Natale told Sky Sport Italia after the game.
"We showed that we are a great team and when you play like we did tonight then the result will always come.
"My goal? Yes, it was nice to get one. I had been practising free kicks in training so it was nice to see it go in."
