Inter coach Leonardo looks to seal Paris Saint-Germain deal


Amid much speculation and conjecture surrounding the Brazilian tactician’s future comes a report that the ex-Milan manager is to finally be appointed as PSG's sporting director


French newspaper L’Equipe says former Inter coach Leonardo is set to be confirmed as the new director of sport for Paris Saint-Germain despite reports that negotiations between the two parties had gone awry.

According to L’Equipe newspaper, Leonardo has held formal negotiations with PSG and will be unveiled as their new director of sport within the next 48 hours.
Leonardo had said to reporters on Thursday: "I won't deny that the possibility of going to PSG is real, but for now it's still just a possibility.

"I spoke with the owners two days ago and I don't know how it will end up."

During his time at Milan, Leonardo led Inter to a Coppa Italia victory as well as second place in Serie A.
