Giussepe Rossi And Nilmar Are Enjoying The Rewards Of Time With Villarreal

Nilmar and Giuseppe Rossi are forming a formidable partnership for Villarreal this season and their form together has seen the Yellow Submarines float towards the top of the league. Both strikers were full of praise for each other and their service, claiming that the time spent understanding last season was the base for their sparkling form.

"I think we are enjoying our football. We are scoring goals and have lots of confidence, things are going really well. We have to continue to play at our best," Nilmar told AS.

"It's my second year and I am happy to have changed many things, hopefully this will continue. I think the team is playing very well, our service comes with quality and this makes it very easy for me and Rossi; he is a quality player.

Rossi agreed with his partner that things are running smoothly at the moment, which will only breed success.

"The results are giving us more force to go forward, these five straight wins have been good for us. I think we can maintain this positive momentum. We are playing very well and without fuss, this is best way," said Rossi.

"We have spent over a year playing together and it is rewarding us both."

Nilmar is currently the Primera Division top scorer with five, and Rossi is second with four goals.
