Brazilian outfit Atletico Mineiro could lose both of their strikers in the upcoming transfer window. After Benfica's alleged interest in Diego Tardelli, Porto have now expressed an interest in Eder Luis.
The 24-year-old has been in fine form for the Brazilian side, scoring thirteen goals this season and Porto would like to pounce on the opportunity to bring the forward to the Dragao before anyone catches notice.
Mineiro president Alexandre Kalil has confirmed that there has been indirect contact made between the two clubs and went further, saying he is willing to negotiate.
"I did receive contact through an agent that Porto were interested, but I have not held any conversations yet," said Kalil to Renascenca. "He is not an expensive player for Europe and he will only leave on a permanent transfer."
