Livorno Coach Serse Cosmi Not Looking For Alibis

Livorno coach Serse Cosmi has had a positive impact on the team since taking over a month ago, thanks to three wins and two defeats which have helped them climb up from bottom position.

Now the Amaranti will be clashing against Udinese, with both teams in need of points to move away from the relegation zone.

"We need a positive result at all cost," declared the former Perugia coach to sportmediaset.it.

"We shall try to obtain it to give continuity to our performance.

"It doesn't matter if we will have more or less important missing players, the team knows that it has to react also in front of difficulties.

"Udinese are a very good team, but we need points and the continuity of results. Therefore, we don't look for alibi from before due to some injuries."

Livorno are currently in 15th place along with Lazio, Bologna and Atalanta thanks to the 12 points obtained in 13 league games played so far.
