Bordeaux Were Better Than Juventus - Mohammed Sissoko

Juventus midfielder Mohammed Sissoko admitted that his side were not good enough in the 2-0 to Bordeaux on Wednesday evening, a result that endangers their qualification hopes for the next round of the Champions League.

The Bianconeri were outplayed by the increasingly convincing French champions and Sissoko complimented his opponents for their performance, both from a physical and tactical point of view.

"I think that Juve did not play well tonight," commented the former Liverpool player to tuttojuve.com.

"We lost and they deserved the win. However, now, we must continue thinking about Sunday's game, obtaining a good result and wait for the match against Bayern Munich in Turin.

"In football, if you don't run, you lose the game. We did not play a nice game. They are well-organised. They scored two goals from set-pieces and deserved the result."

Juventus will be back in action in Serie A on Sunday against Cagliari in the 14th matchday of Serie A, as they continue their Scudetto challenge.
